Mrs. John's celebration of Read Across America week included the classic Green Eggs and Ham book. And in preschool they just don't read books; they sometimes live them. Mrs. John made Green Eggs for her students using eggs, food coloring, and elbow grease. The students enjoyed the eggs even if they were green.
