Our outstanding middle school's field trip this year took the class to Penn State University. There they visted the Department of Meteorology. There they received a tour of the weather lab. Next, it was off to the Department of Astronomy where the students received a 3-D tour of Mars courtesy of the Mars rovers as well as a planetarium tour. Next, it was off to the Berkey Creamery for a pleasant luncheon with the best ice cream in the world. Finally, we received a tour of Beaver Stadium. This was one of the best field trips ever.
