St. Columba School's graduate of last year's 8th-grade class Emily Shapeero entered the 2020-2021 Missionary Childhood Association (MCA) Christmas Artwork Contest. It was recently announced that Emily’s original artwork came in first place in this nationwide contest. She will have her artwork displayed at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. through the Advent and Christmas seasons this year, and she will also have her artwork featured on the official Pontifical Mission Societies Christmas card this year.
