1st grade went experimenting with Mrs. McConnell. The students created oobleck. Using water, cornstarch, and food coloring, they mixed everything together. While mixing they observed the reactions of this concoction and learned how a liquid can become a solid. They even had a scientific journal to record their observations and draw conclusions.
