SCS had a visit from Germ City! This educational program taught us the importance of keeping our hands clean, and fingers out of noses, ears, eyes, and mouths. Ann Dzwonchyk and Elissa Veldhuis from Evan Community Hospital coated our hands with "germs" then led them into a black light room that showed how germs cover our hands. After a trip to the restroom to clean up, we went back into the black light room to see how clean we can be if we wash up regularly. Thanks to Ann and Elissa we learned that clean hands can lead to healthy lives.
