Officer Ryan Edgar and Miso are part of the K9 Unit here in Bloomsburg and visited St. Columba School. He with his partner Miso demonstrated their vital role in law enforcement. With Miso's keen sense of smell, they demonstrate the effectiveness of drug detection. Edgar explained the rigorous training they undergo, fostering a strong bond of trust and communication between the two of them. Miso playfully interacted with the students, until Officer Edgar gave a command and his K9 partner went right to work. Officer Edgar gave the students the opportunity to look inside his patrol car and see where Miso lives while on duty. It was impressive and the students were thrilled to learn so much about how our community is kept safe.
