Our 3rd grade class learned about the importance of procedures. Taking the right steps in the right order. Their textbook, as part of this lesson, provided a recipe for Flan. The daring Mrs. Coombe and her fearless 3rd graders brought in the ingredients and off to the school's kitchen they went. The class stirred and stirred, chilled, mixed, and finally the flan was done. It was full of sugary goodness.
