St. Columba had a special visitor as part of our Discover Catholic Schools week and Veterans Day celebration. Eileen Chapman spoke with our students about her experiences in the United States Marine Corps and beyond. While in the Marines, Ms. Chapman rose to the rank of colonel and was a judge advocate for over 30 years. She retired only to find herself director of Agape in Bloomsburg. This non-profit faith-based organization distributes food, clothing and provides other services for the people in Columbia and Montour counties. Students listened as she relayed stories about her extensive and diverse life. Thank you for your service and continued commitment to our community.
