St. Columba's Middle School took an amazing field trip to the Philadelphia Zoo. Middle schoolers strolled through this massive 42 acre zoo. They observed over 1,300 animals and 340 plus species. Just about every animal you can think of they found on this trip. Bears, penguins, sloths, gorillas, orangutans, naked mole rats, giraffes, pink flamingos, and that is only a few. The weather was perfect and so was the day. Thanks to all that made this special event happen for our middle school!
