The Diocese of Harrisburg held its Geography Bee with 21 students from various schools in the diocese competing. The Geography Bee is opened to students from grades 4 through 8. Our 4th grader Barrett Smolenak represented St. Columba School and was the only 4th grader in this competition. The majority of the competitors from the other schools were 8th graders. With this type of competition Barrett placed 6th. Congrats to Barrett what a huge accomplishment!
